About the Role Clean-Fields Limited is seeking a hands-on Plantation Consultant to oversee field activities and support the development of a 1,000-acre Paulownia plantation in Sangasanga, Morogoro. The role involves coordinating teams, supervising operations, monitoring project progress, and resolving operational challenges. Responsibilities Supervise plantation staff, contractors, and service providers Ensure that agreed plans and project deadlines are met Prepare and submit weekly progress reports to the owners Coordinate solutions when operational challenges arise Support the effective implementation of plantation development activities Requirements Strong leadership skills to supervise plantation staff and contractors Excellent communication skills for reporting to the owners Practical, solution-oriented problem-solving mindset Ability to coordinate plantation and field operations Experience in agriculture or commercial tree growing is an added advantage Experience working with local contractors is an added advantage Availability one day per week, plus emergencies Many people will apply.
