About the role
Project: Integrated Climate-Smart Food Security and Resilient Livelihood Project (ICFL) – Project #3318 Implementing Organization: Africa Inland Church Tanzania (AICT), Diocese of Geita. Key requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Monitoring and Evaluation, Statistics, Development Studies, Economics, Agriculture, Social Sciences or a related field.

- At least 3 years of relevant experience in monitoring and evaluation, project data management or results-based management, preferably in donor funded development programs.
- Experience developing or using indicator tracking tables, logical frameworks, and data collection tools and data quality assurance procedures.
- Strong skills in Excel and data analysis; experience with KoboToolbox, ODK, mobile data collection or statistical software is an advantage.

- Strong report-writing, facilitation and communication skills in English and Kiswahili.
