About the Role Mixx by Yas, the mobile financial services business of AXIAN Group in Tanzania, is looking to hire a Demand Planner in Dar es Salaam to forecast demand and align supply, inventory and commercial plans. Responsibilities Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts using historical sales data, market trends and commercial inputs. Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance and supply chain teams to align demand and supply plans. Monitor forecast accuracy and inventory levels, identifying gaps and recommending corrective actions. Prepare regular demand planning reports and dashboards for management. Support the sales and operations planning (S&OP) process. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Statistics, Economics or a related field. At least 3 years of experience in demand planning, forecasting or supply chain planning. Strong analytical and quantitative skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Experience with forecasting or ERP tools is an advantage. Good communication and stakeholder management skills. Many people will apply. Few will match.
