Scope of Work • Review, analyze, and annotate legal contracts and transaction documents related to structured finance products, such as asset-backed securities, mortgage-backed securities, and collateralized debt obligations. • Draft or evaluate sample documents, clauses, and legal frameworks pertinent to structured finance transactions. • Provide detailed feedback on hypothetical scenarios or AI-generated content for legal sufficiency, accuracy, and clarity. • Identify and explain industry-specific terminology, regulatory requirements, and common legal structures within structured finance. • Contribute to the development of training datasets that reflect current legal standards and best practices in structured finance. • Collaborate asynchronously with platform coordinators and other subject matter professionals to ensure t
