About the Role Yas Tanzania (part of AXIAN Group) is looking for a Credit Control Executive , Risk Management in Dar es Salaam to assess customer credit risk, monitor receivables and drive collections in line with the company's credit control policy. Responsibilities Ensure accurate credit risk assessment for new and existing clients. Monitor key metrics such as days sales outstanding (DSO) and receivables ageing buckets. Monitor portfolio and bad debt exposure to ensure credit risk remains within approved credit limits. Drive collection activities, dunning and post-dunning processes as per the credit control policy. Prepare and share statements, dunning letters and termination letters with customers. Assist in resolving bill queries and offer clarifications to customers when needed. Identify and work on credit-related issues contributing to customer dissatisfaction, service suspension and customer churn. Support the development and improvement of credit control and risk management processes. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Banking, Risk Management or a related field. 3, 5 years' experience in Credit Control, Collections, Risk Management or Financial Operations. Strong knowledge of credit management principles, debt recovery processes and financial risk assessment. Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA or equivalent are an added advantage.
