About the Role National Bank of Commerce is recruiting Direct Sales Agents for a 12-month contract at Chang’ombe Branch, Dar es Salaam, to grow retail banking deposit products, achieve sales targets, onboard customers, and provide excellent customer service. Responsibilities Identify and meet customer needs by selling liability and deposit products to achieve sales targets Provide direct sales support through high-quality lead generation and consistent follow-ups to convert leads into active accounts Participate actively in branch sales activations and promotional campaigns Ensure all newly onboarded customers are active and connected to NBC’s digital banking channels Complete account opening procedures in line with bank policies and adhere to KYC, Anti-Money Laundering, and operational risk guidelines Carry out additional related tasks assigned by the line manager Requirements Form Four (CSEE) certificate; any additional certificate is an added advantage Minimum age of 18 years Resident of Temeke or Ilala, Dar es Salaam Knowledge of banking products Sales-driven and results-oriented Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Highly organized and self-motivated, with strong prioritization and follow-up skills Ability to take individual accountability within a team context Many people will apply.
